Equipment Exchange

This Exchange offers track and field officiating equipment and clothing for sale, for free, or for trade. The Exchange is for track and field officials located in Oregon. You do not have to be a USATF Certified Official to use the Exchange. There is no fee to use the Exchange. 

How it works: 

You have equipment or clothing for sale, for free, or for trade: Email exchangeoregon@gmail.com. Describe your items and tell us if the items are for sale, trade, or free. Include your full name. Your items will be posted on the Exchange, but your name and email address will not be displayed.
 
You see an item posted on the Exchange that you need: Email exchangeoregon@gmail.com and describe the item(s) you need that is posted on the Exchange. Include your full name. We will put you in touch with the person offering the item. 
 
You need officiating equipment or clothing: Email exchangeoregon@gmail.com  with a list of the items you need. Tell us your full name and indicate if you are willing to pay, trade, and/or want free items. Your list of needed items will be posted on the Exchange, but your name and email address will not be displayed. The Exchange Coordinator will match people needing items with people offering items for sale, for free, or for trade and connect the parties.

The Rules
  • All Exchange items are sold, traded, or donated “AS IS.” USATF Oregon does not provide or make any warranty or guarantee, expressed or implied, with respect to the items being purchased, donated, or traded on this Exchange. Buyer beware. 
  • USATF Oregon does not participate in the physical transfer of the Exchange items from one party to the other party. USATF Oregon is not involved in any financial transaction between the Exchange parties.
  • If you resell donated (free) equipment you acquired on the Exchange, you will not be allowed to benefit from the Exchange in the future. 
  • The Exchange is only for the exchange of OFFICATING equipment/clothing. No compeition equipment or sports implements allowed on the Exchange.
