USATF Oregon Annual Meeting

The USATF Oregon Association Annual Meeting will be held on Sunday, September 24. The meeting time and location (in-person or virtual) will be shared at a later date.

During the general session of the meeting, members will be voting on these Association positions: 1st Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Go here to read the duties of each office.

If you are interested in running for one of these positions or nominating someone, please contact Tom Millbrook, millbrot@canby.k12.or.us. The nominee must confirm acceptance of the nomination with Tom.

To vote in this election, you must be a current USATF member by August 24, 2023, and be at least 18 years old on September 24. Go here to join USATF or renew your membership.

Members will also be voting on changes to the USATF Oregon Association Bylaws. The proposed changes will be shared with members prior to the Annual Meeting. A new Policies and Procedures Manual will also be presented to the members.
